Monthly plans are billed each month. Annual plans are billed once per year at 20% less than paying monthly. Whichever billing cycle you choose, your plan credits are granted monthly.

Your first month of credits is granted when your subscription starts, then replenished monthly. The cost of a generation varies by model, resolution, video length, and selected options, and is shown before you generate.

You can upgrade to a higher plan or, if you have a paid subscription, purchase an additional credit pack. You can also wait for your next monthly credit grant. Running out of credits does not affect access to your existing results in Studio.

Yes. An upgrade within the same billing cycle takes effect immediately after you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades and billing-cycle changes take effect after the current billing period. If you cancel, you can continue using the plan until that period ends.

Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Separately purchased credit packs remain valid for 1 year from the purchase date and do not reset monthly.

Credits used for a failed generation are returned automatically. Subscription and credit purchases are generally non-refundable, but we review cases involving payment errors, duplicate charges, or technical issues that prevent access to purchased features. See our Refund Policy for details.
